My story
Why I do this.
For more than 30 years, I've watched capable people and good organizations stall — not for lack of talent, but for lack of the right development at the right time.
A few years ago, a pivot in my own career stirred something in me: a desire to help others share the expertise they had built working with clients in the education world. But I knew I would only be taken seriously if my knowledge and experience were backed by a reputable source — one that fit naturally with my Christian worldview and training. Maxwell Leadership ticked every box. It gave me the chance to grow my own leadership, and it welcomed me into a community of leaders who care for and support one another the way Christ would if He were here today.
That's the heart behind Market My Training Institute: to develop people on purpose, with proven frameworks and a servant's heart.
